Asked Questions

A proof is a preview of your press-ready file, allowing you to review and confirm layout, text, and content
before printing.
To ensure all orders are printed and delivered as quickly as possible CTRL-PRINT does NOT require proof
approval for all orders.
However, if our dedicated pre-press team is not 100% satisfied with your supplied file or requires clarity.
CTRL-PRINT will promptly notify you via email, addressing the specific areas that require attention.
Your satisfaction with the final product is our utmost priority.

If CTRL-PRINT has any concerns prior to printing you will receive an email notification requiring print
approval.
1. After your proof has been uploaded you will receive an email advising that your artwork requires
approval.
2. At the bottom of this email please click on ‘View my Proof’ to be taken to our website.
3. Carefully read through any proof notes which may have been included. These notes contain vital
warnings regarding potential issues with your artwork.
4. To the right of ‘Proof Notes’ you will see a thumbnail of your proof. Please click on ‘Review Proof’ located
below this thumbnail and your proof will automatically download.
5. Once downloaded carefully review and confirm you are happy with the layout, text, and content before
proceeding to print.
6. If you are content with the proof, kindly click on ‘Approved,’ and your order will be promptly forwarded to
our production team for processing.

Note: Once your order has moved to production, we are unable to cancel your order.
If an item was successfully cancelled:
1. A refund for the amount of the order will be issued to the payment method used.
2. You will receive an email with the refund information.
3. Your Order History is updated:
4. “Cancelled” displays next to the order that was cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to assist you in every way possible.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Just let us know
the specific issue you encountered, and we will work with you to find the best resolution. This may involve
reprinting your order at no extra charge or providing a credit to your account, enabling you to place a new
order that meets your expectations.

Once payment for your order is received, we’ll send an order confirmation to the email address associated
with your CTRL-PRINT account. When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification
with a tracking number.
You can view your order status from your Order page:
Click My Account -> All Orders
The status field will show your what stage your order is at.
If your order has been dispatched you will also see the tracking number.
Status Updates:
1. “In Review” – CTRL-PRINT is currently reviewing your order and artwork.
2. “Waiting Approval” – Our staff have emailed you a notification that requires approval. Please review
and approve to move your order into production.
3. “In Production” – You order is currently in production and is no longer open to edits / changes.
4. “Dispatched” – Your order has left the building and is on its way. Tracking will be available at this stage.
5. “Cancelled” – Your order was cancelled, and will not be produced.
