1. Faulty or Damaged Products
- If you receive a printed product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- We will offer a reprint, refund, or return (as applicable) in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- To initiate a return or request a reprint/refund, email our customer service team at hello@ctrlprint.com.au with your order number and photos or a detailed description of the issue.
2. Errors in Artwork Supplied by Customers
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds/reprints for any errors or defects arising from the artwork that you, the customer, have uploaded or supplied.
- It is your responsibility to ensure all artwork files are correct and meet our file requirements before submission (e.g., correct resolution, bleed, color mode).
- We recommend thoroughly reviewing and proofreading your designs before placing an order.
3. Return Shipping
- If a product is deemed faulty, we may request that you return it to us for inspection. In such cases, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns (if permitted by law or stated in a specific promotion), you may be responsible for return shipping fees, subject to our discretion.
4. Processing Refunds or Reprints
- Once we confirm the item is faulty or damaged, we will process your refund or arrange a reprint promptly.
- Refund: Typically issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- Reprint: We will expedite production and ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
