Production Times

Can your order be ready for dispatch in 24 hours?

In many cases, yes. Most of our products can be produced and ready for dispatch within 24 hours, depending on the size and complexity of your order.

How do you find out how long your order will take to produce?

Production times can vary by product and quantity. Simply check the product page for specific details. Larger orders may require a bit more time.

Artwork & Approvals

At CtrlPrint, we do not automatically provide proofs. If there’s a concern about your file setup or any issue with artwork, we’ll contact you before proceeding to production. This approach helps us speed up the process so we can start printing as soon as possible.

Starting Production

• Order Placement / Artwork Check (Day 0):

  • You place your order with print-ready artwork.

  • If there’s any issue with the file, we’ll get in touch right away. Otherwise, we start preparing your order that same business day (Monday–Friday).

• Printing & Finishing (Day 1, Day 2, etc.):

  • If your product has a 24-hour production time, we aim to have it completed and ready for dispatch or pickup the next business day after we’ve confirmed there are no artwork issues (and deposit is received if applicable).

  • Longer production times follow the same pattern, adding additional working days as needed based on the product and quantity.

Example:
If you submit a print-ready file on Monday morning, and we confirm everything looks good that same day (Monday is Day 0), we can typically complete a 24-hour production job by Tuesday afternoon (Day 1).

Note: Production times refer to the time we need to manufacture your order. Delivery is calculated on top of this production timeframe. All timelines mentioned are based on normal business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.

Delivery Times

All orders ship from Brisbane Metro, and we rely on standard road couriers. While these couriers are generally reliable, please remember delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Below is an approximate guide:

• Brisbane Metro: 1–2 business days
• Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
• Melbourne Metro: 1–2 business days
• Canberra Metro: 2–3 business days
• Adelaide Metro: 3–4 business days
• Perth Metro: 5–6 business days
• Hobart Metro: 5–6 business days
• Darwin Metro: 6–7 business days

If you are outside these metro areas, delivery may take a bit longer.

Express Shipping

• Currently, express shipping options may be available for Brisbane Metro only. If you require a same-day or rush delivery, please let us know when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• For other locations, we do not routinely offer express shipping. However, if you wish to organise your own courier, you’re more than welcome to do so. Just select “Click & Collect” when placing your order and mention that you’ll handle the courier arrangements.
